PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene)

PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), also known as Teflon.
It is a white waxy‑surface plastic, not an elastomer.
It can work continuously from ‑200°C up to 260°C, with excellent chemical resistance and non‑stick property.
Note: It has no rubber‑like elasticity and is prone to cold‑flow under constant pressure.
Our custom PTFE protective sleeves maintain structural integrity under extreme cryogenic conditions down to‑200°C, surviving sharp temperature rise back to ambient temperature. Virgin or filled PTFE material options, all sizes custom‑made according to drawings. Send us
